House Rules
The property is once again pet friendly, but we request that guests keep their pets off the furniture and beds, a dog bed is provided.
A baby camping cot (0–3 years), baby bath, changing mat, play dough, and colouring books are available only on request at arrival.
Coffee, tea, sugar, and milk are supplied.
No smoking in the cottage.
Guests need to bring their own beach towels; Hoboken bathroom towels are not to be used on the beach.
There is an outside shower to wash off beach sand before entering the cottage.
Don't flush any foreign objects down the toilet as the property uses a septic tank.
No parties or social events will be allowed.
No friend sleepovers, additional costs per person per night will be charged.
The solar is for lights in the bedroom, the living room, TV and Wi-Fi.
