Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The house is booked out as a self-catering unit, exclusive use the the booking party.
A R1000 refundable deposit is payable as a key deposit to incur costs as a result of any loss or damage to property, as a minimum. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 3 days after the day of departure.
Note that laundry washing facilities and equipment can be used as part of the self-catering house, and that once-off linen and towels will be provided for short stays. Should you require clean linen and ad hoc cleaning, please notify management in advance. This can be arranged.
