Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
There is a compulsory staff tip of R70 per staff member per day for the housekeeper.
Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to sandy roads.
Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, please note that no guests under the age of 25 are permitted without adult or parental supervision.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or events are allowed.
Guests should respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
Guests are kindly advised to bring all food and drinks, as well as drinking water, for the duration of their stay. Please also bring charcoal and firelighters for braais, adaptors, mosquito repellent, beach towels, and toiletries. In addition, guests should pack all items of a personal nature, such as soaps, lotions, and other personal care products, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There is a R2000.00 refundable breakage deposit, which is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date.
