House Rules
Access to the property will only be granted once full payment has been received.
A maximum of 2 adult guests and 1 infant is permitted.
Camping is not allowed on the property.
Please be considerate of neighbours and other occupants. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00.
Guests use the self-catering accommodation and all facilities at their own risk. The property owner accepts no liability for any theft, injury, loss, or damage of any nature, and guests waive any claims against the owner.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties, events, and loud music are strictly prohibited.
The swimming pool is shared with the hosts. Children and infants must be supervised at all times, as there is an unfenced swimming pool and pond on the property.
A friendly Jack Russell lives on the property. He is playful and generally does not bother guests.
Please note that access to the apartment requires walking down a flight of outdoor stairs from the top of the garden to the pool, braai area, and apartment entrance.
Firearms are not permitted on the property.
A baby cot is available for infants on request.
