Thoroughly enjoyable stay at Hout Bay Beach Cottage!

It had everything we needed, the little touches like fresh milk in the fridge and the treat jar went down so well! Such a beautiful and restful home. A very informative book about things in the home as well as things to do, restaurants etc.

Home away from home.

This cottage was like stepping into my own home. It had everything you would need to cook at home or entertain family/friends. It is the detail that impressed, fresh flowers on arrival, cookies, fruit, milk, basic ingredients like olive oil, tea etc. available. The garden was perfectly kept, the house nice and comfortably decorated, the beds very comfortable, nice bedding. This house did not feel like a vacation home, it felt like being home! Electric blankets for the cold nights. We didn't use the pool, it was too cold, but it looked very inviting. It was lovely to sit outside on warmer days. We always felt very safe, once you close the door to the outside, you are tucked away in a little oasis. Loved our stay, the only bad part was that we had to leave!

Great! Beautiful, clean and well worth it.

Overall great spot as an overnight place. It's walking distance to a few areas.

I wish I could stay there forever.

We've enjoyed every single second spent at Hout Bay Beach Cottage. We've never felt more at home in a place before. Most of the things we've brought from home was not even necessary because this house had everything we needed. I would definitely go back there.
