Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Kindly note that the owners reside in the top unit, and guests will be booking the lower part of the house
The refundable breakage deposit is due in full one month prior to the arrival date and will be reimbursed within 14 days after departure.
Pets are not permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.
All guests are required to follow the estate rules. Strict quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 6:00. Non-compliance will result in a warning, and repeated offences will lead to forfeiture of the breakage deposit and possible eviction without refund.
Guests are welcome to inquire about accommodating 2 additional guests for an extra fee.
