The home is conveniently located within walking distance of town, with just a 500 m downhill stroll to supermarkets and shops, 1.5 km to the Waterfront, and 2.5 km to Thesen Islands.
Please note that the walk back is uphill, offering the elevation needed for the beautiful lagoon views.
