Children and infants are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed, including shisha, vaping, or any tobacco product.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Hosts are available on WhatsApp at all times or through booking apps.
Guests may request concierge services for tours, car hire, chefs, or other special arrangements.
Housekeeping is available 3 times a week, excluding weekends and public holidays. Additional days can be arranged if staff are available.
Only guests named on the booking form may stay in the apartment.
Any changes to the number of guests must be approved in advance.
Visitors must sign in with security before entering.
Exceeding the agreed number of guests may result in additional charges.
The apartment is for residential use only.
Guests are responsible for using the apartment and its facilities safely.
Additional house rules may be provided upon arrival.
Check-in is from 15:00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-out is by 10:00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
Late departures without prior arrangement may incur a full nightly charge.
Guests should contact the host 30 minutes before arrival for a welcome and orientation.
Any external services arranged by guests, such as chefs or massage therapists, are the responsibility of the guest.
Bank fees or surcharges may apply to credit card payments.
Before arrival, guests will receive an email from our partner (Know Your Guest/Truvi) as part of the guest verification process. This step is essential to ensure a smooth check-in and to maintain a secure environment for all guests and hosts. Truvi may contact guests via email or text message. Guests are kindly requested to complete the verification process before the check-in date. This will help ensure a secure and confident transaction for all parties involved.
