The other occupants of the complex must always be considered. No loud music or parties allowed at the complex or any other behaviour that is disturbing the other occupants of the complex.
No extra guests or day visitors are allowed.
No extra parking in complex.
No smoking in unit or passages of complex.
If the guests does not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave without any refunds.
