Kimburu Bushcamp offers self-catering accommodation for a bushveld getaway, situated 25 km from Middelburg on the N11, near Loskopdam Nature Reserve. The camp provides a peaceful, family-friendly environment with a variety of animals and birdlife, ideal for nature lovers.
Accommodation options include Family Rooms with a double bed and 2 single beds, Double Rooms with a double bed, Boma-chalets with double beds, a Safari Tent with a double bed, and a Dome Tent with a double bed. Guests can book the entire camp for up to 28 people, suitable for family gatherings, functions, or reunions. Linen and bath towels are provided.
A communal kitchen is available for self-catering, equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, kettle, utensils, and cutlery. The camp also features a boma and braai area, and a swimming pool (guests should bring their own pool towels).
Children can enjoy cycling, hiking, and picnics on the property. Wildlife includes meerkats, ostriches, guinea fowl, chickens, turkeys, geese, and squirrels, while birdwatchers can spot macaws, flycatchers, woodpeckers, cuckoos, and kingfishers. Guests can relax around the campfire in the evenings and enjoy the starry bushveld skies.
