Description
Room 1 is a comfortable double room designed for a peaceful overnight stay with privacy and easy access. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lighting, practical storage space, a TV, and a bar fridge with a microwave. Natural light and neutral finishes create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The en-suite bathroom is accessed directly from the room and is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Fresh towels and basic toiletries are provided. Room 1 is attached to the main house but fully separated from the living areas. The internal connecting door is locked and not accessible to guests, ensuring privacy for both guests and hosts. Guests enter via a private entrance from the side of the house through a small gate next to the parking area. A private patio outside the room is furnished with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh Karoo air.
