House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room, and violating this rule will result in a fine.
Parties and events are not allowed, and unregistered guests or visitors are prohibited.
The maximum occupancy for the property is four people. Quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m.
Eating and drinking are not permitted in the bedrooms, and guests should use the dining area on the verandah for their meals.
Garbage should be disposed of in the trash bin located next to the refrigerator.
The swimming pool is open for use between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Guests should use designated swimming towels while at the pool and not take the bathing towels outside. Use of the pool is at the guest's own risk.
Any damages or breakages should be promptly reported.
Guests should not remove any items from the room, including soap/body cream containers, or tamper with the artwork, including the display on the refrigerator.
Before leaving the room, guests are expected to turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock the door.
