Switch off lights, the TV, and all electrical appliances when not in use, and ensure taps and showers are closed properly. Close windows and lock doors when leaving the unit.
The property is not serviced. Guests are responsible for making their own beds and washing their dishes.
No pets allowed.
Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
Use water and electricity sparingly.
No items may be attached to floors, walls, or ceilings. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
Be considerate of neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum; loud music is not permitted.
