Kloofpark is a newly built contemporary self-catering home in Stil Bay, offering a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a quiet estate on the greenbelt where guests can enjoy nature on the doorstep, yet close enough to walk to the river and beach.
This beautiful house has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room, as well as a lounge loft area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. There is also an outdoor shower under the Milkwood Tree. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In a separate scullery, there is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumbler dryer for guests’ convenience. It extends to a dining area and further expands to the living area. The living area is furnished with comfortable couches, and a TV, and features a cosy fireplace.
The loft area is the perfect hideaway with a good book or board games with the family or can be used as a dedicated workspace to catch up on business while away from the office. The house is also equipped with an inverter and battery system and is not affected by load shedding or power outages.
The patio has a lovely outdoor setting, with a built-in braai, and comfortable seating space. Guests can enjoy a lovely glass of wine and just unwind after a long day. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises.
