No parties or gatherings are allowed, including stag, hen, or similar events. Loud noise, shouting, or any disturbance to other residents will not be tolerated. If a valid reason for a noise complaint cannot be provided, guests may be asked to leave the property immediately.
All visitors must leave the apartment by 22:00.
Smoking is not permitted.
A standard electricity allowance is provided. Please use power responsibly; any excessive usage will be charged to the guest.
No pets are permitted.
The maximum number of guests may not exceed the confirmed booking unless pre-approved.
