Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are kindly requested not to request late check-outs, as the cleaning team requires sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests. Adherence to the check-out time is appreciated.

The maximum number of guests permitted is based strictly on the original booking. The Holiday Rental Manager may conduct checks to ensure compliance. Guests are requested to respect the occupancy limit.


Guests are expected to keep the property neat and tidy during their stay.
- All dishes must be washed.
- Rubbish must be removed regularly.
- Wet towels and clothing should be hung out to dry.
- On departure day, all rubbish bags must be placed in the designated municipal collection area outside.

Please note: Beach towels are not provided. Bath towels may not be taken to the beach.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outside only, using ashtrays where provided. Cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly.

Pets are not allowed unless prior written permission has been granted by the owner.

The jacuzzi may not be used under any circumstances. If used, a penalty fee will be charged to cover cleaning, repairs, and any additional costs. This amount will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately where applicable.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests are asked to respect neighbours, many of whom are permanent residents, and help maintain a peaceful environment.

Guests are requested to treat the property with care and report any damages or breakages immediately to the Holiday Rental Manager. A security deposit is held to cover potential damages or replacements.

Basic starter amenities are provided. As this is a self-catering property, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies required during their stay.

Guests must park in front of the house unless otherwise instructed. Garage access is not available.

Wi-Fi details will be provided where available. If the property includes DStv, it will be activated prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
