House Rules
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
• Check-in is from 14:00 PM.
• Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM.
We kindly ask that you do not request late check-outs, as our cleaning team needs ample
time to prepare the property for the next guests. Your cooperation with the check-out
schedule is appreciated.
Occupancy Limits:
The maximum number of guests is based on your booking. Our Holiday Rental Manager may
occasionally check to ensure compliance. Thank you for respecting the occupancy limits.
Housekeeping Expectations:
Please keep the property tidy during your stay. Make sure to wash the dishes, take out the trash, and
hang wet towels and clothes to dry to prevent any potential issues.
Note: Please bring your own beach towels, as they are not provided. Bath towels should not be
taken to the beach.
On your last day, place all rubbish bags at the designated area outside for municipal collection.
Smoking and Pets:
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. You are welcome to smoke outside, using
ashtrays if provided. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• Pets are not allowed unless prior permission has been granted by the owner.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. We ask you to be considerate of neighbours, many of
whom are permanent residents. Help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone's comfort.
Security Deposit:
Please treat the property as you would your own home. Report any damages or breakages to the
Holiday Rental Manager promptly. A deposit is held to cover any replacements if needed.

Basic amenities are provided to get you started. As this is a self-catering property, guests are
responsible for purchasing additional amenities if needed during their stay.

Please park in front of the house unless otherwise instructed. Garage access is not available.

Wi-Fi information will be provided if available. If the property includes DSTV, it will be activated
prior to your arrival.
