House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is before 10:00. Self-check-in is available via a lockbox.
The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No pets, smoking, parties, events, commercial photography, or unregistered guests are permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Guests are kindly requested to respect all complex rules at all times. This includes keeping noise to a minimum after 22:00, parking only in designated parking areas, and being considerate of neighbours.
There are 2 steep steps inside the apartment leading to the lower level. Guests are requested to take extra care, especially when travelling with toddlers or guests with mobility challenges.
Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. Eating and drinking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Guests are responsible for taking care of the furnishings and may be held liable for any damages. Furniture may not be rearranged. Keys must be handled with care, as lost keys may incur a replacement fee. No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
Guests are kindly requested to wash and pack away all dishes, take out the rubbish, gather used towels, and switch off all lights, appliances, and air-conditioning or heating where applicable. Guests should ensure all personal belongings are collected, return the keys to the lockbox, and lock up securely before leaving.
Guests stay at their own risk. The owners are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage during the stay. Use of the pool, stairs, and estate facilities is at the guest’s own discretion.
