Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Parties, overcrowding, and loud music or noise are strictly prohibited at all times. No music is allowed between 22:00 and 09:00. Bookings for adult-only groups are not permitted.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking inside the flat is not permitted.
The tenant is responsible for the actions of all members of their party, who must comply with all rules and regulations set by the property owner, managing agent, and body corporate.
Upon departure, tenants are requested to leave the flat clean. Optional daily cleaning services are available for an additional fee but are not offered on Sundays or public holidays. For clean linen or cleaning services, please contact the managing agent.
The owner, managing agent, or body corporate cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond their control.
An administration fee applies to each booking.
A refundable R500.00 breakage deposit is required for each booking. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure, once the guest has provided their bank account details to the managing agent.
