Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

All facilities are used at their own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilizing the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Check-in from 15:00 PM to 19:00 PM and Check-out at 10:00 AM.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas, disposing of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets are not permitted.
Please be mindful of the neighbors when playing music and no loud noise or music after 22:00.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Guests may use the kitchen facilities but are expected to clean up after themselves and leave the kitchen as they find it.
Please separate and dispose of waste in designated bins. Guests should dispose of all trash before check-out.
Kindly take care of all furniture, appliances, and decor.
Damages or breakages should be reported immediately.
Turn off appliances when not in use and upon leaving the property.
Guests must return all keys provided upon check-out.
Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property for added security.
Extra fees may apply for any excessive cleaning required or damages to the property.
