Lakeview Villa - Caribbean Estates is a self-catering property situated in the lush tropical setting of Caribbean Estates near Port Edward, offering guests a serene escape with beautiful views and a safe, secure environment. Just moments from the banks of the Umtamvuma River and the beach, this charming property provides the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday.
This property can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The home features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a separate washing machine and tumble dryer located in the courtyard. The lounge and dining area have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for entertainment, a large screen TV with selected DStv channels is available. An inverter is also provided to ensure uninterrupted comfort during power outages.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with a Weber braai and outdoor seating, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining and the surrounding natural scenery. Additionally, a wide array of estate facilities can be enjoyed, including three swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground, a putt-putt course, a clubhouse, and nature trails. Guests are afforded onsite parking for at least 3 vehicles and will be located a short drive from local supermarkets, restaurants, and a casino complex.
