Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted on the grassed area in front of the house.
Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00. Please respect neighbours.
No hen or stag parties, large events, or gatherings.
Maximum of 10 guests, including infants. A guest list with ages must be provided at booking.
Pets are not allowed.
A refundable breakage deposit is required. Guests should report any damages before departure.
Guests may use the two kayaks provided. Life jackets and swimming towels must be brought by guests. Guests may launch their own boats at the shared jetty.
Wi-Fi is capped; top-up options are available. Connection may be unstable due to the location.
Tap water is not suitable for drinking. Drinking water is provided, and refills are available locally.
Braai area cleaning can be arranged on request.
