Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The property may not be used for commercial activities, such as catering. Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. Keys should be kept secure and returned to the reception of TO Strand Beach Resort upon departure.
The villa is cleaned before and after each stay, and daily cleaning is included. Linen changes are available on request at an additional cost. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Only guide dogs for guests with visual impairments are allowed. Sanitary products, wipes, and cloths must be disposed of in the provided bins and not flushed down the toilet. Drones are not permitted. Guests must use the provided bins for all waste.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Furniture must remain in its designated area, except for outdoor furniture. The owner is not responsible for injuries or loss or damage to personal property. All windows and doors should be secured when leaving, and feeding of animals is not permitted. Guests must adhere to the villa’s maximum capacity. Access permits for the estate must be kept secure. Emergency contact numbers are provided if required. A fire extinguisher is available for emergencies.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Noise levels should be kept low, particularly after 22:00. Vehicles must be parked in the designated areas. Cleaning services are provided, with optional linen changes available at an additional fee. In the event of a power outage, lamps should be used rather than candles.
