Breakage Deposit

House Rules
No matric groups will be permitted on this property.
The breakages and cleaning deposit will be used for any defects or additional cleaning that must be done after the departure of guests. Guests are expected to return the property as received.
If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant within 7 days after departure.
