Refreshing. Well situated, close to Pretoria - neat and well-equipped house. Very clean with braai and boma facility plus the swimming pool as a bonus. Will definitely recommend. We were there for 3 nights and had a great stay. The cleaning lady who met us on arrival was very friendly and professional. The chalet is well equipped and neat (the grass was a bit long on our arrival, but the gardeners arrived on the morning we left). We loved everything about it. The only negative was that both our gate remote and code did not work. The phone signals are very bad, which is not a problem under normal circumstances, but when we did get through, we had to explain every time we wanted to leave the premises what the problem was (which was greatly annoying) and yet it was not attended to. We had to rely on guests from neighbouring lodges to come by so that we could slip in and out (which is really a safety hazard - we could have been criminals). Tranquil and lovely, loved the boma and pool, felt like a real bush experience. Our stay was lovely. We loved the private pool and boma area. The linen was clean and it was very tranquil with the sounds of nature, and lions every now and then! Would maybe recommend updating the cutlery, crockery, and kitchenware as some of it felt old, rusted, or dirty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! We had some noisy neighbours from across the valley on the other side of the bank, but nothing good music on our little speaker couldn't fix. We will definitely be back!

Quiet area, unfortunately the property is not well maintained by the owner, grass was long and pool was dirty, pool pump is faulty. Owner did not pay attention to complaints. Absolutely amazing and quiet. You can hear the lions from the nearby sanctuary. What a wonderful gem of a place. Clean, beautiful and very relaxing. Very well equipped.
