Dear Jade Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. For clarity, the complimentary early check-in was requested and confirmed as subject to room availability, as rooms still had to be prepared following prior guests’ departure. We were not notified during the stay of a blocked shower drain or of any hot water issue in your friends’ room, and our geyser meter readings for that day also indicate that the geysers were operating properly. Each room displays escalation contact numbers, and a caretaker is on standby so that maintenance concerns can be attended to immediately when reported. We also regret that breakfast timing and the dietary-request communication did not run as smoothly as they should have. We have raised this with the team to strengthen our handover and service checks.
