House Rules

No parties, gatherings, or social functions of any kind are permitted. This is a quiet residential property.

Only registered guests may stay overnight. Only the number of guests booked for overnight accommodation may stay on the premises.
Day visitors are welcome if arranged in advance, and provided the peaceful residential environment is respected.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Please ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum during this time.

Cleaning & linen: For longer stays, towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Additional towel or linen changes can be arranged on request at an extra cost. To support our solar-powered and water-conscious system, guests are encouraged to reuse towels where possible.

No smoking or vaping inside the cottage. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

No pets allowed unless arranged in advance and approved in writing.

Please respect shared spaces, including the parking area.
Parking: One garage parking space is allocated to the cottage. Additional parking is available if arranged in advance.

Business use: The cottage is suitable for remote work, business meetings, and client visits, provided noise levels remain reasonable and the residential environment is respected.

Braai use: Please clean the Weber braai after use and ensure that it is completely extinguished.
Energy usage: Backup solar power is provided. Please use electricity responsibly.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any loss or damage during their stay.

Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless otherwise arranged.

The cottage comfortably accommodates two adults. A younger/smaller child can sleep on the sleeper couch.
Babies under 2 years are welcome, and a cot is available on request.

Please ensure that the correct number of guests (including children) is included in your booking.
