House Rules
House Rules: Guests are kindly requested to respect and adhere to all house rules for the duration of their stay.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A penalty of R3000 will be charged for any evidence of smoking to cover odour removal, duct cleaning, and deep cleaning of furniture.
Access Information: The apartment can be accessed via both stairs and an elevator for your convenience.
Parking: Please note that there is no dedicated parking available. Only on-street parking is permitted.
Usage Restrictions: The property is intended for residential use only. Commercial activities or business operations are not allowed.
Keys and Tags: All keys and access tags must be returned in good condition at check-out. A replacement fee of R1000 per set, plus any reprogramming costs, will be charged for lost or damaged items.
