Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The property is equipped with a septic tank, and no foreign materials are present in the system.
While the property is pet-friendly, guests are kindly requested to clean up after their pets both outside on the grass and indoors.
Prior to departure, guests are required to ensure that the fireplace and braai area are cleaned and that ashes are disposed of in the provided black bags.
Guests must also ensure that all windows are closed and locked, blinds are lowered, and all lights and the TV are switched off.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
