House Rules

Please treat the house with the same respect as you would your own home.

Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay; this will make check-out much easier.

In case of any accidental damage, the host will address the issue internally to determine any necessary deductions or repair costs.

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay.

If anything is unclear, please contact the host for clarification to avoid any misunderstandings.

Tap water in the cabins is not safe to drink. Please use the tap water in the communal kitchen area for drinking and cooking purposes. The mountain water may appear tea-colored due to tannins, but it is harmless and filtered.

Fire is strictly to be made in designated areas. Under no circumstances are candles allowed; solar lighting is provided in each cabin.

Please do not take any kitchen cutlery outside to prevent misplacement.

Never leave children unsupervised on our property.

Guests are fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighbourhood.

Guests are not permitted to bring in day visitors.

Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Small gatherings must comply with noise and visitor number regulations.

Guests must allow the homeowner or service access for repair and inspection purposes. Notice will be given where possible.

Be careful not to wash food down the drain.

Please return any kitchen items to their original location to simplify inventory.

The property relies solely on solar energy; please use electricity sparingly and charge devices during daylight hours.

In the event of a power outage, please contact the host.

No compensation will be given for temporary service outages.

Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when leaving the property.

The host is not responsible for lost personal belongings; please inform us of any misplaced items.

Glassware and bottles are not allowed near the pool.

Smoking is prohibited indoors; guests may smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts in provided ashtrays.

Report any damages or breakages promptly, especially before check-out.

Furniture should not be moved without permission.

Sanitary wear should not be flushed down toilets; use the provided bins.

Please use your own towels at the swimming pool; bath towels are not to be taken.
