This luxurious first-floor apartment in Groot Brakrivier offers a refined coastal escape, ideally positioned less than 100 m from the beach. There are 2 exceptionally spacious bedrooms, each fitted with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms offer generous cupboard space, ceiling fans and a quiet, restful ambience. Bedside lighting and convenient charging points are integrated into the bedside tables, and block-out roller blinds ensure a comfortable night’s rest. The modern bathroom is fully fitted and features a large walk-in shower, a corner bath and a double vanity with his-and-hers basins. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for longer, self-catering stays. It includes a fridge-freezer, 4-plate induction stove, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher. A gas braai is available for outdoor cooking and may not be used indoors.
