House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or events are permitted.
Day visitors are allowed; however, visitors may not stay overnight if it exceeds the booking sleeping capacity.
No unregistered overnight visitors are allowed. (Booking capacity sleeps 6.)
Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday: 20:00 – 07:00
Friday, Saturday, and the evening before a public holiday: 22:00 – 08:00
Sunday and public holidays: 20:00 – 08:00
(Fines apply for noncompliance.)
Turn off the AC when leaving the property.
Take care of the key set. (Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.)
Take care of all furniture and appliances. Guests are liable for any damages to the property or its contents.
Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Do not rearrange or move any furniture.
Avoid hanging items over the balcony.
Place refuse bags outside the entrance door before 08:00 (Monday–Saturday).
Occupants may not cause or allow disorderly conduct of any nature that interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of other residents or common areas.
Children must be supervised at all times and must not play noisily in a way that disturbs other residents.
Ensure the gas tank for the gas braai is properly closed after use. Gas braais are only permitted on the balcony.
Wood and coal braais are not allowed.
Penalties will be charged for late checkout.
Swimming Pool Area
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
The entertainment area may only be used by prior arrangement with the caretaker (a deposit will be required).
Parking
Parking spaces 17 and 18 are allocated for your use during your stay.
No vehicles are permitted to be parked on common property areas. All vehicles must be parked in their allocated bays, 17 and 18.
