Feels like home from home.

This is a very well-located house within walking distance of Muizenberg Beach and the artsy and buzzy centers of St James and Kalk Bay. It is over the road from the sea and it's fantastic to hear the sea all the time. The views from the house across False Bay to the mountains are spectacular.

Fabulous stay. Lovely comfortable house. Great location.

Great sea views. Lovely walks to Kalk Bay or Muizenberg. Loads of restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Secure off-street parking. Nothing to complain about at all.

Amazing place.

Swimming, good restaurant, safe place, everything can be reached on foot (car is not needed). We will definitely come again.

Magical indeed!

We've stayed in this beautiful home a few times now. Such a great location - you can easily have a car-free time, with the beach, tidal pools and fine shops and restaurants in walking distance. The views are incredible, and the back garden delightful. A spacious home, that has everything one could need, including a fabulous book collection.

It really is magical.

We really like staying at number 258. The views are stunning, an ever-changing sea with dolphins and seals and birds adding to the interest. The house is exceptionally well-equipped and beautifully designed. The best part for us was not having to drive anywhere; from the house it's a very short walk to St James, Muizenberg, Dalebrook, or Kalk Bay, so a range of options for swimming, surfing, shopping, eating and drinking - all without having to get in a car. For parents and teenagers this is a real plus. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location.

We loved our stay here. Tanya was a delightful host, responsive and understanding. The home is perfectly located and stylishly furnished, with the wood heater warming the whole place in the middle of winter. There was also a generous supply of wood, that made this perfect. The artistic touches in the home are whimsical and enchanting, and we would highly recommend a stay here.
