Only 1.1 km from the beach and directly across the road from Market Off Main, a lively local gathering spot, the apartment is ideally positioned for guests looking to enjoy convenience, culture, and coastal living.
Three inviting bedrooms feature soft, neutral décor and generous natural light. The main bedroom includes a small private balcony, while two additional bedrooms share the remaining spaces. The apartment offers two full bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, providing comfort and convenience for families or groups. Kindly note: There is only space for 1 car to park safely behind the gate in front of the garage. Any other vehicle can be parked outside on the lawn.

Guest access
The entire apartment is private and exclusively for guest use. Additionally, there is a small garden outside for you to enjoy. The backyard, which includes a BBQ area, is a shared space with other residents in the apartment building.

Please be advised: South Africa occasionally manages electricity restrictions. If load shedding occurs during your stay, a schedule will be provided on request.
Water notice: The area is currently under Level 3 water restrictions, so we ask all guests to be mindful of water usage during their stay.
