House Rules
Check-in is 14:00 until 18:00 and checkout before 10:00.
A maximum of 6 guests allowed.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 until 8:00.
No parties or events allowed.
Commercial photography allowed.
No smoking allowed.
Please be respectful of neighbours, as some residents live permanently in the complex.
We cannot accommodate parties or matric rage bookings (late November to early December), as this is against complex rules. Bookings for school leavers on behalf of parents are not permitted unless parents are staying with them. If these rules are ignored and an instant booking is made, the responsibility to cancel will rest with the guest.
The unit is cleaned before arrival. Should additional cleaning be required during your stay, please contact your host to arrange this at a small additional fee.
Guests stay at their own risk. The owners are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage during the stay. Use of the pool, stairs, and facilities is at your own discretion.
Before you leave, gather used towels and dispose of trash, switch off lights and appliances, and return keys.
There is only space for 1 car to park safely behind the gate in front of the garage. Any other vehicle can be parked outside on the lawn.
The entire apartment is private and exclusively for guest use. Additionally, there is a small garden outside for you to enjoy. The backyard, which includes a BBQ area, is a shared space with other residents in the apartment building. An ice machine is available in the kitchen and is stored in the top cupboard above the washing machine.
South Africa occasionally manages electricity restrictions. If load shedding occurs during your stay, a schedule will be provided on request.
Water notice: The area is currently under Level 3 water restrictions, so we ask all guests to be mindful of water usage during their stay.

Waiters and servers for good service, the norm is 10% of the full bill.
