The host does not have control over power outages, load shedding, or disruptions in cellular and Wi-Fi signals.

Guests are asked to switch the air-conditioning off when not in the chalet.
Bath and swimming pool towels are provided. Guests are required to provide their own beach towels.
Only 1 toilet roll is provided upon arrival as the apartment is self-catering.
Hand and dish soaps are provided.
The apartment is serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays.
Towels are changed every third day and linen is changed once a week.
The WiFi works with Vodacom reception and Go & Sea will not be held liable if the signal is weak or down.
