Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.
Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult if the property is booked by a group of youngsters.
Mosquito coils may not be burnt anywhere in the house, and smoking is not permitted indoors.
Guests are requested to bring refuse bags, toilet paper, shower soap, beach towels, charcoal, drinking water, and food and drinks.
There is a full-time housekeeper at the house; her compulsory Daily Staff Levy is R50 per day, which includes the day of your arrival and departure.
A refundable breakage deposit is payable one month before arrival and will be refunded within 14 days after departure.
Pets are not permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Guests must comply with the rules of the estate.
Noise is not permitted between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. Repeated non-compliance will result in forfeiture of the full breakage deposit and may lead to guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for unused nights.
