A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered before arrival. To confirm a booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of identification documents (ID or passport), vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time.
This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will be treated as strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate. As this is a quiet residential area, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, and entry will not be allowed for unregistered visitors. The estate enforces a strict 30 km/h speed limit, and violations may result in warnings or fines.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility and liability for all minors and visitors associated with the booking. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage depositares requiredbeforeo check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and is applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, an additional charge may apply.
A late check-in fee applies.
This fee is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival.
