Wonderful.

My stay was the best. I really loved it a lot. The place is wonderful, and the service was good too.

It was just average.

Stay was good but I was disappointed. The jacuzzi was not working, The balcony was dirty, The sleeper couch was dirty and broken and it had stains on it The carpet and chairs need some deep cleaning as they had stains. Breakfast had the same menu for two days. Overall, I might still go back just to relax as the place is quiet, but I will definitely book a standard room and bring my own food.

We enjoyed our stay at Meloding Guest House. Their hospitality was very good, perfect dinner, and the place itself is so beautiful. Two days was really not enough for our stay. We will definitely visit the place again very soon. It's a very nice place with good staff members.

Friendly staff. Lovely premises. But maintenance needed.

I was incredibly heartbroken to find that the Jacuzzi in my room was not working as that was the primary attraction to the venue for me. The couch and chair were broken and the side lamp too. Overall, the staff is friendly and they're well equipped.

Tranquil.

The place was beautiful, the staff very friendly and quite helpful. During loadshedding they had a generator to ensure we do not sit in the dark.

Place made me feel like my other home. We wished to extend our stay but time was not on our side. What a welcoming and relaxing place. Can't wait to come again.

Lovely and welcoming place with amazing multi tasked and talented staff. Cleanliness excellent, comfort of beds and and cleanliness of bedding superb! The only turn off is the road, especially on a rainy it was muddy but its not far from the tar road. We enjoyed a lot. The breakfast also fantastic and warm. Liked it.

Heerlike, rustige atmosfeer en pragtige tuine.

Ons het die snoekertafel baie geniet, maar daar was 'n perdebynes reg bo die tafel wat ons senuweeagtig gemaak het. Die swembad was ook groenerig wat 'n teleurstelling was. Die bed was fantasties, met die lekkerste matras en was yslik groot. Die ontbyt was absoluut uit die boeke.

Niks spesifiek om oor te klaar nie, maar webtuiste skep bietjie 'n wanindruk.

Die kamers is met die minimum toegerus. Die webtuiste stel dit ook nie duidelik dat ontbyt nie ingesluit is nie.

The place is very welcoming. The staff very professional and, most of all, friendly. Food prepared and served was tasty. The chef knows his story.

Mooi plek met baie potensiaal.

Ek was teleurgesteld, want die 2 redes hoekom ek daar bespreek het, het nie gerealiseer nie. Dit word geadverteer dat daar 'n verhitte swembad is. Dit was nie die geval nie. Dit word slegs verhit in die wintermaande. Dit sal help as dit so aangedui word op die webtuiste. Ek het die Honeymoon Suite bespreek vir die spa-bad ─ dit was egter buite werking en die bad het 'n kraak in. Die pragtige uitsig oor die bosveld was bederf omdat die balkon vuil was. Daar was ook 'n kragonderbreking, en dit het veroorsaak dat die drukpomp na die stort nie gewerk het nie, en terwyl ek gestort het, het die water verdwyn. Daar is ook nie 'n kragopwekker nie en ons moes 'n geruime tyd vir kerse wag. Die personeel is egter baie vriendelik en die ontbyt baie lekker. Die plek kort wel baie instandhouding, maar het die potensiaal om baie lekker verblyf te bied.

I love that place with all my heart, wouldn't mind coming back again. The staff was friendly, the place was clean they should just add some different meals for their breakfast.

Gehalte en waarde vir geld!

Netjiese gastehuis met die ekstra aandag aan die klein detailtjies. Het waarlik lekker geslaap na 'n lang dag se werk. Die aanwysings na die gastehuis is net nie heeltemal so duidelik nie maar nie te min kon ek die plek vind. Ontbyt was heerlik!

Beautiful place and service.

The place is beautiful and clean as well. The food is out of this world, best service ever. It was indeed the best birthday surprise for my hubby. Zama helped me to organise a romantic dinner which was classy an beautiful. I will go there soon.

Wasbakkraan stukkend. Swak waterdrukking in stort. Moes vra vir melk en toiletpapier in kamer. Moes vra vir alles tydens ontbyt. TV-stasies in kamer oorheersend ander tale en kon geen nuus kyk nie. Personeel het opleiding nodig en badkamers kort loodgieter diens.

Ontbyt was goed, maar kamers is nie skoon nie.

Ons is goed ontvang. Die kamers se matte is vol kolle, ligskakelaars is vreeslik vuil. Ons bed se laken het 'n groot winkelhaakskeur in gehad toe ons die bed ooptrek om te gaan slaap. Badkamers is vol stof en kolle op die seephouers ens. Ontbyt was netjies en aangenaam. Staf was vriendelik en hulpvaardig.

It is okay for only 1 night's stay

Breakfast was good but not outstanding.

I recommend Meloding Guest House as a nice place to visit by couples for enjoyment.

Enjoy relaxation without any disturbances, listening to nature, birds whispering, singing nicely.

Ontbyt was aangebied, maar nie voorberei nie. Ons is aanbeveel om ons eie ontbyt te maak as ons wil. Bestuurder het eers laat ingekom en aangebied om vir ons toebroodjies te maak. Vir die bedrag wat mens per nag betaal, verwag mens tenminste 'n ordentlike ontbyt. By alles het die toilet ook nie gewerk nie. Sal glad nie weer oornag by Meloding Guest House nie.

Meloding is the most beautiful place, the service is great. Koos is the best manager. We will definitely come back.

Phumlani, the guest manager is the perfect person for his position. From our arrival to our departure he was kind, efficient, and made all the guest feel right at home. The restaurant staff were just as efficient. The establishment is spotless and well maintained. We engaged with the other guests during breakfast and everyone indicated that they would come back and inform family and friends of this great find in Bela Bela. You have set the bar high Meloding. Keep it up.

Thanks, had a nice comfortable stay. Disappointing that the DStv service was not functioning especially for the price of the stay. Otherwise, not too bad.
