Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please take note of the following house rules:
A maximum of 2 guests per bedroom is permitted at any time.
No hooting is allowed on the property.
All rubbish must be placed in sealed black bags and left on the pavement for municipal collection.
All vehicles must be parked inside the property and not outside the perimeter fence.
No loud music or excessive noise is permitted, especially after 22:00.
Please do not flush sanitary products, nappies, or any other foreign objects down the toilets, as this may cause blockages.
The use of fireworks or crackers on the property is strictly prohibited.
Excessive alcohol consumption, disorderly behaviour, or the use of illegal substances on the common property is not permitted.
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of the property, including all keys.
The main gate must remain closed at all times.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors and must ensure they comply with these house rules.
Please do not damage or remove any plants, shrubs, or trees on the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Pets are not permitted.
All indoor and outdoor fireplaces must be supervised while in use. Fire extinguishers are provided for emergency use only.
Never leave a fireplace unattended. Before leaving the property or going to bed, ensure the fire has been completely extinguished and that no hot coals remain.
Guests may not adjust or tamper with the solar power system.
To prevent overloading the solar system, please do not use the geyser, kettle, microwave, and hair dryer simultaneously. A maximum of two of these appliances should be used at the same time.
Please switch off all lights before going to bed. Outdoor solar lights will switch on automatically after dark.
