Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave, kettle, air fryer, and two-plate stove.
House Rules
No smoking is allowed in the flatlet; designated areas are provided.
No parties or loud music are permitted.
Only registered guests are allowed; additional visitors must be arranged in advance.
For stays of 1 to 3 nights, a cleaning fee is applied.
For stays of 5 to 7 nights, the cleaning fee includes a linen service with fresh bed linen and towels, as well as a replenishment of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, and other essentials.
For stays longer than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning service is provided, including washing powder, fabric softener, a laundry basket, pegs, a private washing line, and snack replenishments.
A washing machine is available for long-stay guests of 6 days or more. Laundry services are not available for short stays of 1 to 5 days. A standard laundry fee applies per washing basket.
Dishwashing liquid, detergents, washing powder, fabric softener, and basic surface cleaners are provided.
Refreshments are provided for guests.
A laundry basket is included.
A hairdryer is available.
