Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

ON REQUEST:
1) A single floor mattress is available on request and extra fee / person will be asked.
2) Small pets are allowed on REQUEST ONLY and at an extra fee / day. Pets must always be under the careful supervision of their owner and not left at home during the day.
Failure to mention pets, guests will be asked to leave immediately and the remaining fee / day will not be paid back.
3) A refundable pet deposit will be asked; this deposit will be used if any damage is done to the studio (chewed furniture, linen, urination spots, laminated flooring damage). Refundable AFTER the host has inspected and cleaned the place.
