Please take note of the following important information regarding your booking:

Breakage Deposit & Documentation

A refundable breakage deposit is required before arrival. This amount is not included in the accommodation rate.

After the deposit is paid, a rental agreement will be sent to you. It must be completed and returned before arrival.
No keys will be released until all required documentation has been submitted to Just Property.

The breakage deposit will be refunded during the month following your departure, less any applicable deductions for damages.

If any damage occurs to the property — whether accidental, negligent, or intentional — and the cost exceeds the breakage deposit, you agree to settle the difference.

Should you arrive and notice any existing damages, it is your responsibility to inform our offices immediately.

The breakage deposit is held in trust and will be refunded to the bank account you provide.
Please ensure you email us your banking details.

Occupancy, Smoking & House Rules

Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in the unit. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

No smoking is permitted inside the unit, flat, or house. Smoking indoors will result in the full loss of the breakage deposit.

What to Bring

Bath and swimming towels

DStv decoder with remote and card, or an OpenView decoder

Your own cleaning products and toilet paper for the duration of your stay
(We provide the first toilet paper roll for each bathroom.)

Cleaning & Servicing

Linen changes are provided only for stays of 7 nights or more.

A cleaning service is not included, but can be arranged at an additional cost.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you require cleaning services.

Cleaning is not available on Sundays or public holidays.

Payment, Check-In & Key Collection

Check-in is no earlier than 14:00.

Full and final payment must reflect in our account 14 days before arrival — keys cannot be released without full settlement.

Directions will only be sent once we have received full payment, including the breakage deposit.

Keys must be collected from the Just Property Uvongo office during office hours. Directions to the unit will be included in the key envelope.

For after-hours arrivals, directions will be sent once payment and the completed rental agreement have been received.

Keys & Liability

Tenants are responsible for all costs related to lost keys or keys not returned after departure.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for losses or inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond our control.
If an appliance becomes faulty, we cannot be held responsible for its immediate replacement.

Cancellation Fee

In addition to the cancellation policy, a fixed R 700.00 fee applies to all cancellations.
