Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No fireworks, no smoking indoors
Please wash off suntan oils and lotions as they stain the linen. Stained linen will be replaced at clients cost (deducted from breakage deposit).
No noise from 22h00- to 07h00.
The pool in the complex is not fenced, please be vigilant around non-swimmers
Pets are not permitted.
Ensure that gas ovens and braais are turned off after use.
Please note that the property is accessible by 4x4 vehicles. Alternatively, a 2x4 vehicle with a diff lock and high ground clearance will suffice
Open fires are strictly prohibited except in the designated braai area. Candles and mosquito coils are not permitted.
Do not lean against or sit on balustrades or railings.
