House Rules

No smoking inside the units.

Access to the property is mainly via tarred road, with approximately 1 km of gravel road and a short 50 m steep concrete section up the mountain.

Please note that the last section of the road to the unit is a steep mountain road. Regular vehicles can usually make it up, but it is recommended to drive carefully.
Alternatively, there is a safe parking area where guests can stop and walk up.

Our water system operates on gravity, which means the water flow is slower than normal municipal water.

Hot water is supplied by solar power. During very cloudy conditions, it may take slightly longer to reach the desired temperature.

The unit is located in a natural mountain environment. This means you may notice geckos, spiders, or other small insects — they are harmless and part of the surroundings.
