Mountain View Holiday Villa Iliwa is an exquisitely luxurious villa designed by renowned architect Kim Benatar, situated in the peaceful and secure suburb of Fresnaye. The property offers stunning city, mountain, and sea views, creating an ideal setting for a sophisticated and relaxing escape.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds on a single base with separate bedding, and the ensuite is fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite fitted with a shower and toilet. The third bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed, and the ensuite is fitted with a bath, toilet, and his-and-hers basins. Linen, bath towels, and swimming towels are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for added convenience. The open-plan living area features a 10-seater dining table, a lounge with comfortable seating, and a smart TV. An additional lounge area with a smart TV and a dedicated workspace offers flexibility for relaxation or remote work. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
