House Rules

You’re welcome to deposit at a later stage if you’re unable to make the payment on the date indicated on the quotation. If you ask for extra time.

No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. A bucket is provided outside for cigarette butts.
Please do not leave any trash inside the house. Use the bin outside. Plastic bags are in the drawer—once full, place them in the outside container.
Guests must check in with the host at least 24 hours before arrival.
Only booked guests are allowed on the premises for safety reasons.
Do not bring extra guests without prior arrangement and payment. Unauthorized guests will not be allowed to stay.
Please leave everything as you found it.
Guests who do not follow the house rules will not be permitted to stay in the future.
Always make sure that the exit gate closes properly when you enter or leave.
Your car will be parked next to the unit, where we have a camera showing the entrance, as well as one at the front.

To ensure the safety and insurance coverage of all guests,it is essential that you provide an accurate count of all individuals attending my bookings,this include children and infants,no animals is aloud. Failure to disclose this information may result in cancellation of your booking or will be charge a double fee for the extra person not mentioned.

Guest who book and stay at our premises and do not inform the host who stay over will have no right to leave a bad review.
