Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R7000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
You will be provided with a remote control for access to the main gate. Please note that if the remote is lost or not returned, a fee of R500 will be deducted from your breakage deposit.
The house is staffed by two team members who will assist you during your stay. A compulsory tip of R70 per staff member per day applies, including the day of arrival and departure.
No pets are allowed, and loud music, parties, or functions are strictly prohibited. Estate rules enforce a noise curfew of 22:30. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the full breakage deposit.
For groups of younger guests, please note that no one under 25 years of age is permitted without parental or adult supervision.
