Newlands Cottages is located on the border of Newlands and Rondebosch. These are highly sought-after residential and holiday destinations due to its central location and spectacular mountain views.
Newlands Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms contain either a king-size bed or 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 2-ring gas hob, convection/microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a combustion wood fireplace. The cottage has a separate entrance, a parking space (on the wide, paved verge in front of the cottage) for one sedan, an alarm, a TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a small front garden, and a private patio at the back with a Weber braai and a washing machine.
The Wi-Fi and TV are on an inverter during loadshedding, and there are battery lights in every room.
Nearby activities/attractions include hiking, bird watching, wine tasting, cycling, and swimming.
