Description
Nick's Seaside Rest offers self-catering accommodation in the coastal town of Bloubergstrand in Cape Town. The institution is ideally located near the beach.
Accommodation is offered in a three-bedroom house or a studio apartment. The three-bedroom house is ideal for a family and sleeps 5 guests. The open-plan studio apartment is ideal for a couple and sleeps 2 guests. This house is not suitable for small children due to the living room and staircase railings.
The 2 units are operated separately and are not jointly rented to the same group of guests.
Both non-smoking units have kitchens that are well-equipped for self-catering. The house has a self-catering kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher, a separate sitting and dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets.
The studio apartment has an open-plan sleeping area, dining area and lounge area and a separate kitchenette and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. All the necessary facilities except a washing machine and a dishwasher are provided.
Unlimited WiFi, a DStv premium package and beach towels are provided for both units.
Guests have private access to the 2 units with separate outside relaxation areas and braai facilities. There is secure parking on site for paid guests, for a maximum of 3 vehicles which includes 1 for the studio apartment.
The 3-bedroom house has a limited sea view from the living room. Both units are only 60 m from the beach.
Both units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before the arrival of new guests.
As the property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, parties and celebrations are not allowed.
Guests can swim, surf, dive, kiteboard, windsurf and hike in the area.
