Never again.

Unit was filled with the owners' private clutter. Not really professional at all. The main bedroom wall behind the bed was covered with damp and smelt really horrible. The unit in general stank of damp and mould. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The beds have most possibly not been replaced in over 10 years. I woke up with back pain every morning because of this. The beach gate key was missing, so we ended up not making use of this unit's main feature of easy access to the beach. The shower barely worked, and the bath hand shower barely worked. I forgot to mention the massive roaches on the beds and couches. Great location, but this unit is horribly overpriced considering the above issues. I will never return to this accommodation again.

Thank you for your valued feedback.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay and assure you that the issues you raised have been addressed.

We have had the apartment sprayed for insects, and the wall was inspected by a contractor, who is busy fixing the damp issues on one wall, as well as replacing the shower head.

The beach gate key was replaced, and I spoke to the owner, and we have since moved all of her personal items into the cupboards at the entrance and locked them away to improve the ambiance in the apartment.

The owner is coming to stay early next year and will make a decision regarding the beds.

We value our guests' experience with us, and sincerely hope we can accommodate you again in the future.

Uitsig is wonderlik, strande toegang fantasties.

Plek was vuil en val uitmekaar. Kokerotte in die woonstel het oorgevat. Ons het die heeltyd op die stoep spandeer, want die woonstel was glad nie op standaard vir die geld wat ons hier betaal het nie.

Thank you for your valued feedback. I wish you would have let us know if the place was not clean and I would have sent our housekeeper there to inspect and have someone deep clean the place for you as we do not want our guests to be unhappy.
We will let the owner know about the cockroaches and get a pest control company in to do a spray.
We sincerely hope we can accommodate you again in future.

Beautiful views with comfortable accommodation.

Only recommendation would be to renew the beds and the kitchen.
